Sophie Guilbaultjoined ICLR as a Research Coordinator in 2013 and currenlty serves as Manager, Partnership Development. She completed her Masters at Tulane University in Disaster Resilience Leadership Studies. She also holds a Master of Architecture degree from Laval University. At ICLR, Sophie is leading the Cities Adapt research program, which has resulted in the publication of a series of books celebrating local leadership in adapting to extreme rainfall and extreme heat events. She is also managing ICLR's Quick Response Grant Program and MEOPAR research on hurricane warnings in Atlantic Canada.
